Exporting Your Inventory

You can download your entire inventory as a CSV file at any time. The export runs in the background so large inventories (thousands of cards) don’t block your session, and the file is ready for download when it’s done.

Starting an Export

  1. Open Inventory from the left nav and select your game.
  2. Open the Data tab (the import/export page).
  3. Under the Export card, click Download CSV.

Sideboard queues the export immediately. The button shows “Preparing…” while the file is being generated. For most stores, exports are ready in under a minute. Large inventories (10,000+ items) may take a few minutes.

Downloading the File

When the export finishes, the status changes to Ready. Click Download to save the CSV to your computer.

The download link is temporary. If it expires before you download, just start a new export — there’s no limit on how often you can export.

What’s Included

Each row in the export represents one unique inventory line (a specific card × condition × finish × language combination).

Sideboard IDInternal product ID. Required if you re-import this file.
Card NameCard name
Set NameFull set name
Set CodeSet abbreviation (e.g., M11, FDN)

ConditionCondition (e.g., near_mint, lightly_played)

Scryfall IDScryfall card UUID (MTG only)

Items with quantity 0 are not included in exports. The export reflects your live stock only.

Rows are sorted alphabetically by card name.

What’s Not Included

The export does not include:

  • Sell prices or cost basis
  • SKUs
  • Shopify variant IDs or other integration data
  • Audit history
  • Zero-quantity items

If you need pricing data alongside your inventory, use your analytics or reporting section, or contact support about a full data export.

Using the Export for Re-Import

The Sideboard CSV format is designed to be round-tripped. Export your inventory, edit it in a spreadsheet, and import it back.

When re-importing a Sideboard export:

  • The Sideboard ID column is what identifies each row. Don’t remove or change these values.
  • Items in your current inventory that are not in the CSV will be deleted (this is a full sync).
  • Items with quantity 0 in the CSV will be deleted.

Always review the import preview before confirming a re-import, especially if you’ve made structural changes to the spreadsheet. See Bulk CSV Import for full details.

Export History

Past exports are listed on the Data page under Export History. Each entry shows the date, item count, and a download link (if the file is still available).
