Contact form
A form people fill out to reach you, with fields you build yourself.
What it’s for. Letting customers send you a message without picking up the phone. Submissions go to your store’s contact email through Shopify, and the first email field becomes the reply-to, so you can answer right from your inbox.
When to use it. On your contact page, or any page where you want a custom inquiry form.
Ways to use it
- General contact — name, email, subject, message. That’s the preset, ready to go.
- Sell us your collection — add a dropdown for game (Magic, Pokemon, Lorcana), a text field for rough card count, and a message box for details.
- Event questions — name, email, and a dropdown for which event they’re asking about.
Tips
- Each field is a block. Drag to reorder, set it half or full width, and mark it required.
- For a dropdown, fill in the options as a comma-separated list.
- You always need an email field. If you don’t add one, the theme drops in a required email field so replies have somewhere to go.
- Set your own success message and recolor the success and error banners if you want.
Settings
Fields are managed as blocks below — add, reorder, set each one’s width (Half/Full), and edit its label, placeholder, and hint. Keep one Email field so replies work.
