FAQ
A list of questions and answers that open and close when tapped.
What it’s for. Answering the stuff people ask before they buy or trade, so they don’t have to email you. Each question sits collapsed until someone clicks it open.
When to use it. On a dedicated FAQ page, your buylist page, a contact page, or near the bottom of a product or event page.
Ways to use it
- Buylist explainer — “How does your buylist work?”, “What condition are your singles?”, “How fast do you pay out?”
- Shipping and sealed — “Do you ship sealed product?”, “When do preorders ship?”
- Events — “How do event tickets work?”, “What’s the format this week?”
Tips
- Each question is its own block. Add, reorder, or remove them one at a time.
- Answers are rich text, so you can bold a word, add a link, or use a list.
- “Open first question” is off by default, so everything starts collapsed. Turn it on to show the first answer right away.
- “Show expand all” is on by default and adds an Expand all / Collapse all button under the list.
